Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, The Relax Crew is an acoustic trio that covers your favorite throwbacks through today's hits, along with traditional and contemporary Polynesian music. The band's "island style" sound and song renditions result in smooth, soulful performances that engages audiences of all ages to kick back, relax, and enjoy their chill music vibes.

The Relax Crew's versatility has made them a popular choice for corporate events, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, weddings, fundraisers, and everything in between. They are available for booking at your special event from 10 to 1000 guests.

Meet The Relax Crew:
MIKE BATONGBACAL
(lead and slack key guitar, ukulele, vocals)
Self-taught and always up on new styles, Mike has played guitar for over 30 years. He has performed with various groups over the years, formerly leading his church's youth music ministry and performing with several award-winning Bay Area Polynesian performing arts schools. You can catch Mike providing his vocals on songs, along with intricate guitar licks and ukulele solos in between.
ERIC IGNACIO
(guitar, bass, ukulele, percussion, vocals)
Originally a marching band rudimental snare drummer and mobile/club disc jockey in his early years, Eric has evolved into a self-taught, multi-instrumental musician that has performed with a variety of music groups over the past two decades. Eric does a little bit of everything for the band including song arrangements, percussion programming, sound engineering, and adding his vocal and instrumental accompaniment to round out the band’s sound.
RICKY LAURETA
(lead vocals, ukulele)
Ricky has been singing his entire life, but only recently began sharing his soothing tenor voice with audiences on a professional level. Self-taught vocally and on ukulele, Ricky has performed at a variety of engagements over the years, including singing for a Bay Area based Polynesian school of performing arts. Ricky’s smooth vocals immediately sets the relaxed vibe and his vocal range and versatility can be heard throughout the band’s diverse song selections at performances.
